Core & Pelvic Floor – 6 week ONLINE series
Starting September 9th at 10:00 am.
Class times will range from 30 – 45 minutes.
Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor with this 6 class series designed to specifically target the deepest layers to build strength and stability.
If you have experienced any of the following then this class is for you.
– If you are a woman over 30
– If you are a runner or athlete
– Experience back pain/neck & shoulder pain
– Pregnancy (more than 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared by your Doctor)
– Diastasis Recti
– Pelvic pain or pelvic organ prolapse
– Urinary leaking or incontinence
– Balance and/or posture concerns
This class is suitable for beginner and intermediates.
Classes will be held via ZOOM. The link will be sent via e-mail the day prior to the start of class. A replay will be available after each class so that you can repeat the exercises on your own at home.
